113 New medical Colleges list has been Released. India is heading towards a major change in the field of medical education. According to the data released by NMC, the maximum number of 22 new medical colleges will be opened in Uttar Pradesh. This is followed by 14 in Maharashtra, 12 in Rajasthan, 11 in Telangana, 8 in West Bengal, 7 each in Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh.

5-5 colleges are expected to open in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Apart from this, 3 new medical colleges will open in Uttarakhand, 2-2 in Odisha and Gujarat.

Permission has also been given to open one medical college each in Haryana, Delhi, Assam, Punjab, Sikkim and Tripura.
